pan of peach cobbler and serving on a plate

Family gatherings are the glue that holds us together, and there is nothing like a delicious peach cobbler to bring everyone home. Serve this tasty dish with a topping of ice cream and you’ll have everyone home for dinner.

INGREDIENTS

1 stick of butter

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup self-rising flour

1 tablespoon vanilla

3/4 cup whole milk

3 cups peaches, fresh or canned

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place stick of butter in deep baking dish and melt. Mix sugar, flour, milk, and vanilla. Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir. Place peaches on top. Do not stir. Batter will rise when cooking. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until golden brown.
