Deviled Easter Eggs
Ingredients:
• 6 large eggs, hard-boiled
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions:
1. Cut boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks.
2. Mash yolks with mayo, Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
4. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives.

Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb
Ingredients:
• 2 racks of lamb (about 1.5 pounds each)
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season lamb with salt and pepper.

• 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
• 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions:
1. Blend peas, olive oil, lemon juice, mint, salt, and pepper until smooth.

• 1 spiral-cut ham (8–10 pounds)
• 1/2 cup honey

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.

Ingredients:
• 3 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, thinly sliced
• 2 cups heavy cream
•1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

•2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. Layer potato slices in the dish and sprinkle garlic in between layers.
3. Pour cream over potatoes, top with butter and cheese.
4. Bake for 50–60 minutes until golden brown and tender.

Classic Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
•2 cups all-purpose flour
•2 cups grated carrots
•1.5 cups sugar
•3/4 cup vegetable oil
•3 large eggs
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 tsp baking powder
•Cream cheese frosting (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
2. Mix flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Add oil, eggs, and carrots, stirring until just combined.
4. Divide batter between pans and bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool before frosting.
