Ingredients

• 1 cup water

• 2-3 slices of fresh ginger

• 1 tbsp honey

• Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

1. Bring water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Simmer for 5 minutes.

2. Remove from heat and stir in honey and lemon juice.

3. Strain and serve warm.
